Bran
It represents 13%-17% of the grain of wheat. It is a source of insoluble fiber and favors intestinal transit.
Endosperm
It represents 80%-85% of the grain of wheat. It is rich in carbohydrates and proteins.
Germ
It represents 2%-3% of the grain of wheat. It is rich in vitamins (vit.E, folic acid) and minerals (Magnesium and Phosphorus).
